The story
ZAYAMA™ is a brand of Sub LA SA, based in Lausanne. After years spent watching the energy-drink aisle and ultra-processed snacks, one thing became obvious: performers deserve better. Açaí — the Amazonian berry enjoyed for generations in Brazil — became our answer, in a ready-to-eat, deep-frozen form that keeps what matters.
